Yep

There are 11 types of blue rats; American Blue, Agouti Blue, Burmese Blue, Siamese Blue Point, Blue Sable, British Blue, Powder Blue, Russian Blue, Russian Blue Agouti, Russian Blue Burmese and Silvered Blue. I think your boys are British Blue, but don't take my word for it, I can't tell directly from those photos

They're a really gorgeous shade though, a nice warm grey, like slate. Blue rats are fairly uncommon aswell, so they're really something ! And everyone loves hooded rats. Blue hooded rats are outstanding, so congrats on finding them
